A printable layout, not a branded engineering pad
Choose five squares per inch for inch-based work or 5 mm for metric work. Five per inch equals 5.08 mm, so the two designs are intentionally separate.
The blank header strip is language-neutral and leaves room for a project title or notes after printing.
Print at actual size

Questions
Is five per inch the same as 5 mm?
No. Five per inch is 5.08 mm per square, a small but real difference.
Does this copy a commercial engineering pad?
No. It is TrueGrid's printable front-side layout with a blank header.
Why is the grid green?
Green distinguishes this family in the file itself; it is a site colour choice, not an official standard.
