Lines and dots share one triangular lattice
The stated spacing is the side length between adjacent lattice points, measured along a 60-degree grid direction. It is not the horizontal projection or the gap between parallel lines.
Choose lines for guided construction or dots when you want the drawing to remain visually dominant.

Questions
Where is isometric spacing measured?
It is measured between neighbouring points along a sloping lattice edge.
Do the line and dot versions align?
Yes. Both are derived from the same triangular lattice and spacing.
Is this perspective paper?
It supports isometric sketches with equal axes; it does not create vanishing-point perspective.
